I just wanted to hop on here and talk about the importance of taking mental health days.
I understand that it's very easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of life itself. Trust me...my mind takes me on all kinds of rollercoasters on the daily. Just please try your best to remind yourself that taking personal time is also very important for your success.
Take a day off from work if you need to. Go get a mani/pedi, relax at home and watch movies all day, visit a close friend, revive yourself at a local coffee shop, catch up on your fav show, sleep, etc. Do whatever it takes to help you feel okay again. Learning how to do this is also related to learning how to choose yourself over anything else. So, please...take care of yourself.
