Hey guys! I hope y'all are having a fantastic day! I just wanted to hop on here and talk about the importance of taking mental health days. I understand that it's very easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of life itself. Trust me...my mind takes me on all kinds of rollercoasters on the daily. Just please try your best to remind yourself that taking personal time is also very important for your success. Take a day off from work if you need to. Go get a mani/pedi, relax at home and watch movies all day, visit a close friend, revive yourself at a local coffee shop, catch up on your fav show, sleep, etc. Do whatever it takes to help you feel okay again. Learning how to do this is also related to learning how to choose yourself over anything else. So, please...take care of yourself. You deserve peace and happiness.

This week's blog touches on how we can romanticize our lives and how we can treat ourselves as well. A few of my fav things to do alone are: grab a coffee at my fav coffee shop or perhaps adventure to a new one, attend a yoga class or fitness class, plan a lunch date with myself, and take a walk along the water for some reflection time. What are your favourite activities you like to do alone, or perhaps with a special someone?

Friendly reminder: choosing confidence over perfection will be one of the best things you could do in life. We cannot live with both as one weighs the other down. Slowly, but surely, we work towards building the confidence we desire in ourselves.
